Di4L's SERVICE TERMS AND RULES

By registering to use Di4L's services (referred to as 'services') or other services from Di4L ('Di4L') you are understood to agree to the terms and conditions below (referred to as as 'terms of service'). Di4L features or apps are also included in these terms of service. You can view the most current version of the terms of service at any time here. Di4L reserves the right to update and change the terms of service by updating information at Di4L's website. We recommend that you check and come back here to read the terms of service to see what updates are new and likely to affect you. You need to read and agree to the entire terms of service below before using Di4L's services.

PART 1: Terms of user accounts

1. You must be over 18 years old to use Di4L's services.

2. You must provide your full name, current address, correct email and other relevant information necessary to fully enjoy our user support policy.

3. You need to know that Di4L will use your email as the primary method of communication between the two parties.

4. You are obligated to keep your own password confidential. Di4L does not commit to any damage to users if it comes from your failure to secure your own password.

5. You are solely responsible for the data, images, reports and website links (links) that you post to your Di4L account (referred to as your 'online store'). You may not introduce any virus or code that affects others.

6. Any violation of these terms of use will be terminated immediately, including all services you are using of Di4L.

In short: Do not use Di4L for anything that violates the law or spreads malicious code or viruses. Remember that if there is any violation of the terms of use, we will cancel all the services we are providing you. If there is anything to contact, we will send you an email.

PART 2: Account Activation

1. According to section 2.2, the person who registers to use the service will be considered the owner of the account and is affected by the entire terms of service use.

2. If the person who registers to use Di4L's services is your employee, then your employee is the account owner.

PART 3: General Conditions

You need to read and agree to the entire terms of service of use below before becoming a Di4L user.

1. Technical support is only committed to providing fully via email, phone number.

2. You may not use Di4L's services for any illegal activities. This applies to the laws of each country where you do business as well as the laws of Vietnam.

3. You may not copy, sell, or otherwise use these terms and conditions for personal purposes without the prior written permission of Di4L.

5. You should understand that the information content on your website (excluding credit card information) will not be encrypted in the same way as credit card information.

PART 4:  Benefits of Di4L

1. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Service for any reason, without prior notice.

2. We reserve the right to refuse to provide services to any individual for any reason.

3. We may remove content or any accounts that are unlawful, offensive, libelous, threatening, obscene or intentionally infringing upon intellectual property.

4. Delete any account that intentionally infringes, insults whether verbally or in writing to Di4L customers, Di4L employees, Di4L company.

5. Di4L does not preview or browse any information content on the user's website, they must be responsible for their own content.

6. We reserve the right to provide services to your competitors or do not commit to exclusive rights to any partner for each segment.

7. You should be aware that the information content on your website (excluding credit card information) will not be encrypted in the same way as credit card information.

8. In the event of a dispute over account ownership, we reserve the right to request documents used to certify your account ownership. Documents may include, and are not limited to, copies of your business license, identity card, etc.

9. Di4L reserves the right to determine the legal ownership of the account and may transfer this right to the valid owner. If we are unable to determine the exact ownership, Di4L will freeze this account until a conclusion is reached between the parties.

In short: We may modify, cancel or refuse to provide the service at any time. In the event of an ownership dispute over Di4L's account, we may freeze the account or transfer ownership to the most lawful owner.

SECTION 5: Limitation of Liability

1. You clearly understand and agree that Di4L will not be liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect or incidental, in particular damages to profits, reputation, rights of use, data or other invisible damage when using the service.

2. In no event shall Di4L or other service providers cooperate with each other, we shall not be liable for loss of profits or other consequential damages arising from the connection to our website, services or this agreement. You also understand that individuals directly related to us such as Di4L company, Di4L's partners, Di4L employees ... are also not responsible for any damages. If you use any of the services of a third party, you are subject to their commitments.

3. Our services and products are the most basic thing we offer to you and are not subject to any statutory warranties.

4. Di4L does not warrant that the Services we provide will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

5. Di4L does not warrant that the results obtained from the use of our Services are accurate or reliable.

6. Di4L does not warrant that the quality of any product, service, information, or any product you purchase or possess through our service will be up to your expectations, should there be any error. any arising, we will fix it under the allowed conditions.

In short: We are not responsible if you break the law, violate this provision or go against the interests of a third party, especially if you are sued. Our Services may fail or be interrupted when provided to you and we do not guarantee this.

PART 6: Giving up and completing the commitment

If Di4L makes a mistake or fails to comply with any of the provisions of these terms of use, it does not mean that it is cancelled. These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and Di4L and govern your use of our Services (not limited to any version of these Terms of Service). In short, If Di4L omits any provision in enforcement, it does not mean that we will omit it altogether. These terms are the agreement between you and us. That is, if there is something contrary to this version in the previous terms, we will choose the one in the latest version.

SECTION 7: Intellectual Property and Customer Content

1. We do not claim any intellectual property rights in the materials you provide to the Di4L Services. All materials you submit to your website (through the Di4L Services) are your own proprietary rights. You can delete your store at any time by deleting your own account. This also means that you delete all content you are storing at our Services.

2. By uploading your content on your store, you agree to: (a) allow other internet users to view your website content, (b) and allow Di4L to display and store it content, so (c) Di4L can view the data you have uploaded.

3. You retain ownership of all content on your website when you download us; However, when you post it, it means that you agree to others to see. You are responsible for all content you post in accordance with the Law or not.

4. We will not disclose any of your information to third parties, except in cases where it is required, such as in the case of a dispute over the right to use the service. Confidential Information includes any material or information you provide to us that you do not want the public to know. Confidential Information does not include information that (a) was made public at the time we received it; (b) or has come from domains that are publicly available after we receive them but which are not through our fault; (c) or your information we receive from more than one person or (d) we are required by law.

In short: Everything you post is yours and you are responsible for. If you want to remove all of your content, simply delete your entire account.

PART 8: Features of the system
A. Theme Store

1. You can change the theme of your Di4L site with the templates from the Di4L Theme Store page. If you download the theme, you can only use it for a single store. You are completely free to switch themes between the themes you own. However, you may not transfer or resell the themes to others under any circumstances. If you have multiple websites, each of your websites must purchase the theme (except in the case of a free theme).

2. You can customize the Layout to suit you best. Di4L may change or add the text at the end at its discretion. Di4L can also change where skins are stored or other illegal elements. Di4L can also change the interface if it is related to technical changes when upgrading to a new version.

3. The intellectual copyright of the interface belongs entirely to the designer of that interface. If you overstep the ownership rights of the theme, the designer can sue you.

4. Technical support for the Interface is the responsibility of the designer, and Di4L does not undertake to hold responsibility for this support. Di4L can put you in touch with the designer.

5. It is the responsibility of the user, not Di4L's, to ensure that the installation of the new theme does not compromise the old interface, or the user experience.

In short: You can choose the Layout to use for your website. Feel free to customize the look and feel, but still know that the designer owns all of their interface. For Layout issues, contact the designer. And note that the Appearance may be lost or changed.

B. Facebook management function

1. You can manually view and install all conversations you want to answer customers automatically on the system.

2. All sentence patterns are set by you as a template.

3. The functions of the facebook management system are all managed by you and are responsible for your account.

C. Point-of-sale (POS) function

1. You can manage the retail price or the wholesale price yourself.

2. The system has the function to enter the cost and selling price depending on the business campaign that you enter or not and which store applies.

3. The system automatically prints invoices and manages goods by serial code or by quantity.

PART 9: Expert of Di4L

1. You can pay the service charges for Di4L in cash or transfer money directly to us through the payment gateways outlined on Di4L.

2. After payment, the system will send an online invoice to your email (which you provide when registering). The system will send a notice of the premium period to your email 3 days (or more) in advance. If you do not pay the fee on time, you will have 15 days of use and after 15 days, your website will be closed. After 6 months, your website will be automatically destroyed.

3. If you are not located in Vietnam, you are subject to the laws and taxes of your region or country. 4. Di4L does not currently support fee refunds.

In short: We support a variety of payment methods that you can view in your Di4L account. You will be notified 3 days (or more) in advance of the payment due date and have 7 to 10 days to complete, or your account will be frozen. If you are not from Vietnam, let us know so we can guide you in more detail. Also, there is no refund policy yet.

PART 10: General Terms

The event that any provision of these Terms and Conditions of Use is invalidated or unenforceable for any reason shall affect only such invalidated term or provision and shall not affect effect of the remaining provisions. If there is a discrepancy between these Terms of Use and the Service Agreements, the most recent shall prevail.
