DELIVERY POLICY

I. Mode of delivery
–  We will have staff deliver products directly to you.
II. CONTENT
1/ Delivery staff
–  Our staff will deliver free goods directly to you.
–  Time: within 3 days since placing the order. Hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. daily.
2/ The third carrier
–  Shipping goods nationwide.
–  Delivery method: we choose a reputable third party courier to deliver to you.
–  Delivery time to the location requested by the customer according to the delivery time criteria of the service provider.
–  Delivery cost: at the cost of the third carrier. The customer pays the shipping fee or as otherwise agreed between the parties.
III. GENERAL POLICY
–  You check the goods before receiving. After signing the confirmation of receipt of the goods, we are not responsible for errors, as well as for complaints afterwards.
–  Payment method: according to the payment method agreement between the parties.
–  Warranty policy: according to the warranty policy attached to the contract (if any).
–  Goods will come with warranty card (if any), product information, and other documents (if any).
